Festivals - Events - What's On
The South Coast is host to many great events this Winter and Spring. Kangaroo Valley will hold it's Celtic Gala Day on August 30 at the Kangaroo Valley Showground. There will be pipe bands, dancers, market stalls, rides and much more! Ulladulla will also host the Ulladullirious Comedy Festival again this year. With some great acts on the line-up including Fiona O'Laughlin, Kings of Comedy, The Foxy Hornbags, Mr Snot Bottom (pictured right) for the kids and even more, you are sure to get a good laugh.
For the Art enthusiast there is a lot of exhibitions around the region, Articles Fine Art Gallery, Wollongong Art Gallery, Jervis Bay Maritime Museum and The Millhouse Courtyard Gallery just to name a few! There is

Entertainment on the south Coast
This Winter there is so much entertainment on the south coast. The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre hosts
some fabulous shows including Troy Cassar-Daly on Friday, August 14 as well as The Vault Caberet on the

The Milton Theatre also has some fantastic acts playing over August. You don't want to miss Australia's greatest
soul voice Doug Parkinson as he presents the ultimate tribute to Joe Cocker on Friday August 14. Or an all time
favourite Diesel (pictured right) in a SOLO setting as he strolls through the corridors of his musical inspiration,
obvious and surprising, it makes for a revealing and captivating night on Friday, August 28th.i

Every Saturday, you can explore historic Meroogal - an enchanting house museum in Nowra and the 1920's garden. Open10.30 - 3.30pm
School Holiday Fun - Toy Theatre Making
Step back in time! Kids can make a toy theatre and stick puppets for their very own puppet show. Taking inspiration from the stories of Meroogal they will create their own puppet theatre production.
Thursday July 2, 10.30am-12noon: $15 includes an accompanying adult. For ages 5-12
