Get ready for’ Escape Artfest’ October 1-10.  This year is promising to be a festival to remember!  Cupitts Winery will see the coming together of chefs, Tony Bilson , Justin North, Tom Kime and of course Rick Stein who along with partner Sarah Burns are the  newly appointed patrons of Escape Artfest 2010.
Tony Bilson, the 'Godfather of Australian Cuisine', has dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence in gastronomy while Justin North, was named the 2009 Chef of the Year by the SMH Good Food Guide.
An insatiable appetite for his craft has taken Tom Kime  around the world, cooking, teaching, consulting and absorbing the techniques involved in an array of international cuisines. His practical experiences in everywhere from New York to Syria, from Ecuador to Vietnam, and now Milton/ Ulladulla have given him a unique perspective on the world of food, which he loves to share.
Rick Stein attributes his success to a simple observation "Nothing is more exhilarating than fresh fish simply cooked”.
