Don't forget to allow time for a tasting experience at Fern Gully Winery at Termeil - from vineyard to the bottle, wine is handmade on-site. Their Rosé which is slightly sweet and a perfect summer wine is now available, as is the Chardonnay plus 2 reds - a blended shiraz, cabernet sauvignon plus a chambourcin. The vintage port made from Shiraz is delicious and popular. Max the winemaker (pictured) will answer your vineyard and winemaking questions or you can book a longer winery tour.
